Our Founder

Daniel Mensch

Daniel has successfully founded and operated several boutique wine and liquor stores in New York in addition to being a partner and investor of a nightclub and bar. By listening to feedback and continuously refining his approach, his businesses have returned over 20 times their initial investment, earning millions in the process.

With over 20 years experience in the wine and liquor industry, Daniel has unique and invaluable insights into the retail and hospitality business sector. He has appeared numerous times in front of the NYS State Liquor Authority to successfully obtain three liquor licenses in extremely competitive markets as well as spearheading denials of other licenses. He hopes to provide fellow small business owners with this knowledge to remove blockers to success.
